The free event, "Strive for the Summit," will be held from noon to 3 p.m. at the Kakaako campus. Parking is available at the Republic Parking lot at 160 Ahui St.
Activities include eye exams, blood pressure and glucose checks, quit-smoking information, exercise, meditation and Zumba sessions, and a Blood Bank of Hawaii drive.
Flu shots will be offered for $10 ($5 to UH graduate students, faculty and staff; free to medical school students).
