When found at Higashihara Park in Keauhou Mauka on July 19, he was barefoot, was wearing bluejeans and had on a blue T-shirt depicting cartoon character SpongeBob SquarePants and bearing the words "It’s Hip to Be Square."

Police ask that anyone who knows the identity of a person who looks similar to the one in the artist’s sketch call Detective Walter Ah Mow at 326-4646, ext. 238.
Cause of Kahuku house fire undetermined
Fire investigators are trying to determine the cause of a fire that destroyed a carport and partially damaged a home Thursday morning in Kahuku.
The fire caused an estimated $80,000 in damage — $50,000 to the structure and $30,000 to the contents, largely tools and cars. A couple and their two grandchildren were home at the time but escaped uninjured.
Initial investigations indicated the fire was apparently caused by the ignition of oxygen and acetylene tanks in the carport, said Capt. Terry Seelig, Honolulu Fire Department spokesman. But Seelig later said the cause did not appear to be from the use of welding equipment.
The fire was reported at 8:27 a.m. on the 56-000 block of Kekauoha Street. It was reported under control at 8:47 a.m. and extinguished by 10 a.m.
A neighbor who tried to control the blaze with a garden hose suffered minor injuries but was not taken to a hospital.
