Hawaiian Airlines delayed Friday night’s flight from Honolulu to New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport by three hours and said today’s return flight would be postponed by the same amount of time.
Hawaiian said customers holding tickets issued on or before Wednesday for travel between Friday and Sunday between the East Coast and Hawaii will be permitted to change their reservations without charge to flights departing on or before Tuesday.
Customers needing assistance should call Hawaiian’s reservations department toll-free at 800-367-5320.
