East Coast man, woman arrested in alleged credit card fraud
Police Monday arrested a 23-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman from the East Coast who allegedly used fraudulent credit cards to buy high retail value merchandise.
Police said the two hit various high-end retail businesses in Honolulu about 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13.
Detectives located the two and arrested them in Kapolei on suspicion of first-degree identity theft.
