SUV rams into home, displaces family of 7
Seven people in Mililani were displaced after a sport utility vehicle plowed into the living room of a townhouse early Monday morning.
Fire officials said the accident occurred at 2 a.m. on Kuahelani Street. No one was injured.
The driver, a 32-year-old man, was arrested by police on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to Hawaii News Now.
The Red Cross was dispatched to help the family. Police are investigating the traffic accident.
Stabbing in Chinatown injures 2 men
Two 21-year-old men were seriously injured in a stabbing incident Monday night in Chinatown.
City Emergency Medical Services reported the two men were taken to a trauma center in serious condition at about 8:15 p.m. Monday from North King and Maunakea streets.
No other details were available.
