Get beautiful at Neiman
The Beauty Event is back today through March 3 at Neiman Marcus, offering an opportunity to sample new skin treatments and fragrances and enjoy makeovers utilizing this season’s colors and products.
Shoppers who spend $125 or more on cosmetics or fragrances during this event, in stores or online, will receive a brightly colored spring tote filled with beauty samples, one per customer, while supplies last.
Bella readies girls for prom
The Bella Project is hosting its annual prom dress giveaway for disadvantaged teens. Appointment times are being accepted for the event taking place 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the ING Direct Cafe, at 1958 Kalakaua Ave.
Appointments are available every 20 minutes, and walk-ins will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Izu offering rewards points
Hawaii designer Allison Izu has introduced a rewards program on her website, www.allisonizu.com, which specializes in petite-size denim and casual tops.
For every dollar customers spend online at her site, they will earn 10 points. For 1,000 points, or $100 spent, shoppers will get $10 off their next order. For 2,200 points ($220), get $25 off any order over $50.
For those who have shopped the site in 2012, Izu will also offer credit for points from last year’s orders.
