An 11-year-old skateboarder was seriously injured after he hit a stopped vehicle in Red Hill this afternoon, emergency responders said.
The boy apparently rolled off of his board and struck an automobile that was stopped at 1182 Ala Kipa Street about 4:35 p.m., the Department of Emergency Services said. He was not wearing a helmet, EMS said.
