Fire rescue personnel help lost hikers off Kuliouou trail
Honolulu fire rescue personnel assisted two hikers who lost their way on the Kuliouou Ridge Trail early Friday evening.
Crew from the Honolulu Fire Department’s Air-1 helicopter were able to spot the two hikers, described as women in their 20s, and direct rescue personnel on the ground to their location.
The ground crew escorted the hikers off the trail. Neither hiker required medical attention.
