Diners enjoy an evening on the crawl
Dishcrawl, a tour of food venues on Oahu, has outings scheduled for the rest of March, as well as a beer-centric event in early April. The venues are usually kept a mystery until 24 hours before the event.
To reserve a spot on a Dishcrawl, visit dishcrawl.com/oahu, the Dishcrawl Facebook page or follow @dishcrawlHNL on Twitter.
» Show me the BACON (7 tonight, $45): This crawl explores the food of Kakaako, with four dishes shedding a spotlight on the possibilities of bacon. One of those venues is Tango Marketplace.
» Kailua Town Dine Around (7 p.m. March 20, $45): Trek some of the finest restaurants in the beachy town.
» The Single Mingle (7 p.m. March 27, $45): Described on the Dishcrawl site as "less awkward than a blind date and not as nerve-wracking as sitting at the bar alone." Partake of the fare of four restaurants, locale unknown.
» Honolulu Brew Benefit (2 p.m. April 6, $40 advance, $45 at the door): Downtown Honolulu is the scene as Dishcrawl profiles 12 beers from six venues, including Bar 35 and Adega. Proceeds benefit The ARTS at Marks Garage.
