Paramedics took a 56-year-old construction worker in serious condition to the hospital this morning after he fell while working on a roof in Makiki.

Emergency Medical Services said man fell 20 to 25 feet from a roof at a construction site at 923 Green St. The industrial accident occurred at 8:44 a.m.
