Police Tuesday arrested an 18-year-old escapee who allegedly robbed a 14-year-old boy in Kaneohe on Sunday.

Police said the man allegedly used physical force in taking the boy’s property.

Police said the man had also failed to return to the Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility in Kailua from a weekend furlough on Sunday. He was arrested on suspicion of second-degree escape and second-degree robbery.
