A 42-year-old Oahu Community Correctional Center inmate, who failed to return from the Laumaka work furlough program three weeks ago, was charged with second-degree escape on Wednesday.
Moronai Ufiufi was arrested 2:16 p.m. Tuesday in Chinatown. He had failed to return from work furlough by 6 p.m. on May 3.
