Kapolei man charged with arson in Kailua explosion
Honolulu police have charged a 25-year-old Kapolei man with first-degree arson for allegedly setting off an explosion in Enchanted Lake in May.
Ozane Alexander Mosley Jr. posted $100,000 bail around 11 p.m. Friday, according to police records.
The May 17 incident damaged a home belonging to a 55-year-old man.
The suspect was located around 3:45 p.m. Friday at Straub Clinic and Hospital and arrested on suspicion of first-degree arson.
