Police investigate Kapolei man over fatal cat shooting
A 27-year-old Kapolei man is under investigation for allegedly killing his neighbor’s cat with a pellet gun.
A 20-year-old woman told police that she saw the suspect shoot her cat, which later died, just before midnight Tuesday.
The suspect was released pending further investigation of a possible animal cruelty charge.
