Police are looking for a man who allegedly struck with his vehicle a 24-year-old man early Thursday morning in Manoa Valley.

Police said the man is wanted for attempted murder.

The two men were involved in an argument, when the man driving a white four-door vehicle allegedly hit the 24-year-old who was walking “left of center facing the oncoming vehicle,” a police said in a written highlight of the incident.

The incident occurred at 2 a.m. Thursday.

The victim suffered a fracture to his right ankle, and was taken to a hospital where he remained for further treatment, police said.
