Repair work on the H-1 freeway started at 8 p.m. Sunday. The eastbound lanes and ramps between Likelike Highway and Ward Avenue will be closed from 8 tonight to 4 a.m. Tuesday. At right, an hour after Sunday night’s closure, the freeway was empty looking from the Ward Avenue overpass.
