Boy, 14, arrested for allegedly assaulting another boy
Police arrested a 14-year-old boy Tuesday at a Hawaii Kai area school on suspicion of second-degree assault.
Police said the teenager allegedly assaulted another 14-year-old boy 10 a.m. Sept. 16, causing substantial injury, police said.
The case is pending investigation.
