According to a news release issued last week, at each meeting, Caldwell and department directors will detail the mayor’s priorities and outline upcoming road and sewer infrastructure projects, TheBus service improvements, park upkeep and events, and efforts to address homelessness.

Members of the public are encouraged to participate and make suggestions.

Each meeting runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will be broadcast live on Olelo.

Here’s the lineup: tonight at Blaisdell Center, Hawaii Suites (town area); Nov. 13, Waialua High School cafeteria (Waialua, Haleiwa communities); Nov. 19, Kahuku High School cafeteria (Koolauloa community); Dec. 5, Waianae District Park (Waianae, Nanakuli, Maili); and Dec. 10, Kaiser High School cafeteria (East Oahu).

Caldwell also plans to hold a Twitter Town Hall from noon to 1 p.m. Dec. 9. Participants will be able to tweet questions to @MayorKirkHNL and he will respond to as many as possible.

This past May, Mayor Caldwell held town hall meetings in the following areas: Aiea/Pearl City, Kaimuki, Wahiawa, Kapolei, Kaneohe and Kalihi.
