Honolulu police and state sheriffs are looking for an Oahu Community Correctional Center inmate who failed to return Friday from a scheduled leave.
Charles Abellana was given a five-hour pass during which he was to have been seeking employment. He left at noon but failed to return as scheduled.
Abellana, 51, is 5-foot-6 and 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was serving a sentence for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and was to have been released in December 2014.
