» The Kauai County Council discussed, but did not approve, a proposal to ask the state to double the amount of Transient Accommodations Tax money that goes to the counties. A Page B5 article Tuesday and an "Off the News" item on Page A12 Thursday said Kauai County officials planned to ask the state for more TAT money.

» The Hawaii International Film Festival will present an encore screening of two of its audience award winners, "The Haumana" and "Dress," at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Hawaii Theatre. A Page A2 article Thursday said a third film, "Documented," would be included.

» A Page C5 photo Wednesday showed Moanalua volleyball player Kamalani Cachola in action against Kahuku on Tuesday. The caption misidentified her as Marina Adolpho.
