Heather China and Justin Fong

Heather China and Justin Fong were wed on Sept. 8 in a ceremony at the Bel-Air Bay Club.

The bride is the daughter of Chris and Sharleen China of Honolulu. She received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles and works as a structural engineer.

The groom is the son of Joseph and Alice Fong of Springfield, Mo. He received a bachelor’s degree in film at San Francisco State University. He is a commercial director and editor for a post-production company in Malibu, Calif.

The couple resides in Los Angeles.

Shauna Koja and Sean Kim

Shauna Lynne Koja and Sean Gregory Kim exchanged vows on Oct. 12 in a ceremony officiated by Janice Pearson at the Waikiki Beach Marriott.

The bride is the daughter of Michael and Donna Koja of Las Vegas.

The groom is the son of the late Tim and Jo Ann Kim of Las Vegas.

Both bride and groom received bachelor’s degrees in business administration and marketing at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. She is a marketing/communications specialist at Rocket Gaming Systems. He works as a portfolio manager for Southern Wine and Spirits.

The couple resides in Las Vegas.
