HPD to conduct motorcycle escort training today
The Honolulu Police Department is scheduled to conduct motorcade training today from downtown to Kailua and Hickam Field.
The training is scheduled for 9:30-10 a.m. from Kailua to downtown and 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. from Kailua to Hickam Field.
Motorists are advised to expect delays during these times.
