The Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the 42-year-old Waipahu man who died of apparent stab wounds Sunday night as Marlo G. Basuel.

In a release issued by the office, the cause of death is described as "exsanguination (loss of blood) due to stab wounds of the torso."
