Oahu’s housing market surged with sales in April. Much of the increase was in the condominium market where there were 457 sales last month

Hawaii First, an Associa company, said it has been named as managing agent for Moana Pacific and Lai Opua.

“We are excited to partner with such experienced boards,” said Hawaii First President and CEO Richard Emery.

Moana Pacific has 1,379 units in two towers at Kapiolani Blvd. and Piikoi St. The contract with Hawaii First began on Jan. 1.
