» City Councilman Stanley Chang on Friday voted against the deferral of a bill that would allow advertising on city buses. A Page B1 story Saturday stated Chang voted for deferral, with reservations, of Bill 69. The vote in the Council Budget Committee on Friday was 4-1 in favor of deferral.
