Maureen "Mo" Flanagan Cole and Quinn Fisher are the speakers at Monday’s Honolulu Quarterback Club meeting.

The women’s water polo head coach for the University of Hawaii, Cole led the Rainbow Wahine to an 18-9 record in 2013.

Quinn Fisher competes in the Pacific Roller Derby, an all-female flat-track roller derby league in Honolulu.

Lunch at the Maple Garden restaurant begins at 11:30 a.m., with the program starting at noon. Cost for all is $15.

Hawaii Hilo softball team wins in Vegas

Rebecca Lee hit a two-run homer in the sixth inning as Hawaii Hilo defeated Regis 7-4 at the Desert Stinger in Las Vegas.

Danielle Pulido broke open the four-all tie in the fifth with a solo shot to left field. Ashley Nelson scattered six hits over 62⁄3 innings for the victory.

Hawaii Hilo (5-4) travel to Riverside, Calif., for a doubleheader against Cal Baptist on Tuesday at 3 p.m.
