Central Pacific Bank has appointed Kevin Hall to vice president and credit delivery portfolio manager of retail and small business credit delivery. He has 25 years of finance and nonprofit experience. Prior to joining CPB, Hall was the senior vice president of business development at Take Charge America.

American Savings Bank has announced John Dickinson as vice president and loan officer in the commercial real estate loan department. He has more than 20 years of banking and finance experience in the areas of business banking, international business, commercial real estate lending and treasury and cash management.
