Stanford leads Wie, Kim by 4 headed into final round of Lotte

Michelle Wie watched the flight of her ball after hitting off the second tee in the third round of the LPGA LOTTE Championship golf tournament at Ko Olina Golf Club on Friday.
Angela Stanford shot 5-under 67 on Friday to take a four-shot lead into Saturday’s final round of the LPGA Lotte Championship at Ko Olina Golf Club.
Stanford is 13-under for the tournament.
Michelle Wie of Honolulu shot 2-under 70 on Friday and is tied with Hyo Joo Kim for second.
Wie made four birdies and two bogeys during the third round.
“Ideally going into tomorrow I wouldn’t want to be this far behind,” Wie said. “I think it’ll make it more interesting tomorrow. Just go out there and try to make some birdies early on and see what I can do.”
