Board of Water Supply crews are repairing an 8-inch water main break at Nalopaka Pl. and Mikalemi St. in Aiea.
The leak, reported at 1:46 a.m., left six homes without water.
Nalopaka Pl. at Mikalemi St. is closed and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
Parents who use Nalopaka Place to drop off students on the makai side of Alvah Scott Elementary School should use an alternate route.
The school is not affected by the main break.
