Minnesota man identified as ocean victim

The Medical Examiner’s Office identified the man who died in shallow water near the Diamond Head area of Waikiki Beach last month as Charles Muno, 43, of Edina, Minn.

At 6:07 a.m. June 18, a surfer found Muno in 2 feet of water at Waikiki Beach at the end of Kalakaua Avenue.
