Princesses will hold court at Kahala Mall
Kahala Mall’s Keiki Day on Saturday will feature free activities throughout the shopping center, healthy snack stations by Whole Foods Market, and an opportunity to meet storybook princesses Elsa and Anna from "Frozen," Snow White, and Belle from "Beauty and the Beast."
The event runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will include a miniature obstacle course presented by My Gym at noon, balloon artists, Honolulu Police Department keiki IDs, minigolf and more.
Shoppers who present a minimum of $75 or more in Kahala Mall receipts time-stamped between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. that day will receive a $5 Fun Factory card, at one per person while supplies last. The redemption kiosk will be at Center Court. Visit KahalaMallCenter.com.
Artist’s iPhone cases reflect island themes
Island artist Heather Brown is offering a new series of cases for the iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 featuring her colorful, stylized surf and Hawaii images, with 15 percent of sales donated to charities close to her heart: Waves 4 Water, the Hawaiian Humane Society, the Wyland Foundation and Kokua Hawai’i Foundation.
