Toddler in serious condition after nearly drowning in pool

A two-year-old boy is in serious condition after he was discovered submerged in the pool at the Turtle Bay Resort on Saturday around 11:50 a.m..

Bystanders performed CPR to the toddler until paramedics arrived. 

The boy was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
