Man arrested for allegedly striking woman in front of their child
Police arrested a 37-year-old Salt Lake man Sunday morning after he allegedly struck a 23-year-old woman in front of their 3-year-old child.
The incident allegedly occurred about 8:30 a.m. at a Kinau Street apartment.
The suspect was arrested on suspicion of abuse in the presence of a child under 14 years of age. He was later released on $1,000 bail.
