Man arrested in rock-throwing incident
A 20-year-old Waianae man is in police custody for allegedly throwing a rock at two women who were sitting in a van.
Police said the incident occurred July 27 in Waianae.
The rock shattered the window of the van injuring one of the women.
Officers arrested the suspect Monday morning in Waianae on suspicion of abuse and first-degree criminal property damage.
