Fashion retailer Forever 21 will expand its Hawaii presence to Ka Makana Alii, the 1.4 million square-foot mall being built in West Oahu.

The 12,000 square-foot store will be the fifth Forever 21 location in Hawaii, and follows Macy’s and H&M to the center, according to a statement by the developer.

When completed by DeBartolo Development, the center will offer 150 shopping, dining and entertainment options as well as two hotels and LEED-certified office space.

The mall is being built on a parcel of land between Kapolei Parkway and Renton Road.
