Police on Thursday arrested a 23-year-old man in connection with a Waikiki robbery in July.

The man was being held at the Oahu Community Correctional Center. He was one of two suspects who allegedly robbed a 31-year-old man at 9:50 p.m. July 19 in Waikiki.

Police said the 23-year-old and a 43-year-old man allegedly assaulted and threatened the victim with a dangerous instrument and demanded his property.

Police said the suspects took the man’s property and fled.

Police said they don’t know where the older suspect is.
