Man seriously injured in moped accident
A 50-year-old man was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon in a moped crash in Nanakuli, according to an Emergency Medical Services report.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident, which occurred around 2:20 p.m. on Farrington Highway near the Kaiser Nanaikeola Clinic.
The man was not wearing a helmet, EMS report.
Paramedics took the man to a trauma center.
