Police ask for help to ID suspect in Macy’s robbery

    Honolulu Police released an image, taken from security camera video, of a suspect who allegedly threatened a Macy's employee with a dangerous weapon on Nov. 1.

Honolulu police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect who allegedly threatened a Macy’s employee with a dangerous weapon.

Police said the incident happened at about 6:50 p.m. at Macy’s Pearlridge. The suspect took merchandise and left with out paying, police said.

A Macy’s employee confronted the man, who allegedly used a weapon to threaten the employee.

Police released security camera video and an image of the suspect.

Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call police or CrimeStoppers at 855-8300 or *CRIME on a cellular phone.
