Easing of rules for ohana units sought

The Villages of Moa‘e Ku, an apartment community for low-income renters, celebrated the opening of its second phase on Oct. 24. The three-phase, 192-unit project was developed by EAH Housing, a California-based nonprofit organization that specializes in developing and managing affordable rental properties. EAH expects to complete the third phase of Moa‘e Ku in the summer of 2015.
