Police looking for robbery suspect in Waikiki
Police are looking for a 23-year-old man accused of robbing his date early Sunday morning in Waikiki.
Police said the suspect and a 36-year-old woman are in a dating relationship, and the woman invited the man to her hotel room about 12:15 a.m.
The couple began arguing, and the man allegedly took the woman’s money. When the woman tried to stop the man, he grabbed her and hit her head on the ground, police said.
Police opened a second-degree robbery investigation.
