DENNIS ODA / DODA@STARADVERTISER.COM Officials and the media got to see the first segment of track, below, for the city’s rail transit project on Wednesday during a tour of rail’s elevated guideway in East Kapolei. More than a mile of concrete guideway already has been constructed — slightly ahead of schedule, according to Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation Executive Director and CEO Dan Grabauskas.
