H-3 freeway eastbound to close overnight
The H-3 freeway in the Kaneohe-bound direction will be closed Saturday night to Sunday morning for tunnel cleaning work, the state Department of Transportation said.
The freeway will be closed between the Halawa Interchange and the Likelike Highway off-ramp from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Kaneohe-bound motorists are advised to use alternate routes such as the Likelike Highway or the Pali Highway and to allow for extra travel time.
