Police arrested two men in separate domestic abuse cases Sunday that both allegedly occurred in front of children in the Waianae area.

Officers arrested a 34-year-old man at 12:22 a.m. Sunday after he allegedly abused a 32-year-old woman in the presence of three juveniles under the age of 14 on Dec. 17, police said. 

The man and woman had been in an argument that turned physical, police said. He was in custody Monday pending an investigation.

Then at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, officers arrested a 52-year-old man who allegedly physically abused a 31-year-old woman in the presence of their children who are under 14 years old around 10 a.m. Sunday morning, police said.   

He was arrested for investigation of felony abuse of family or a household member.
