Prudential Locations said it is changing its name back to Locations and becoming a stand-alone local operation once again. The new Locations firm will continue to operate as a real estate company and will no longer be affiliated with Prudential Financial Inc. on Feb. 1. It has five offices on Oahu and Maui, with 300 employees.

ON THE MOVE

Mauna Kea Resort has announced the following two new appointments: 

» Scott Main is the golf maintenance director for Mauna Kea Resort. He has 20 years of golf industry experience in public, private and resort properties, including previously overseeing golf maintenance operations for three golf courses at Turning Stone Resort Casino in New York.

» Polly Pagdilao has been promoted to executive sous chef at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel. He has 30 years experience at both Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel, covering pastry, banquets and the main kitchen.

Hawaii National Bank has announced the following top performers for 2014, who were selected based on production achievements, portfolio management, leadership qualities, and meeting and exceeding sales goals: 

» Jay Dow is vice president for corporate banking.

» Kai Austin is vice president for corporate banking.

» Keith Shimomura is assistant vice president of the bank’s Kaimuki branch.
