State and city emergency management officials will conduct siren tests at two Ewa Beach locations Wednesday.

The tests, at Asing Community Park and Hoakalei, between the hours of 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Residents may hear the siren sound for six to eight times during 30-second to one-minute intervals during the identified timeframe, officials said. Testing will also include checks of the public address system and short blasts known as “burps,” they said.
