Man, 71, seriously injured in H-3 tunnel accident
One person was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash in the Kaneohe-bound lanes inside the H-3 freeway tunnel.
The accident occured about 10:16 a.m. Wednesday, and the victim was a 71-year-old man, according to emergency medical personnel.
