A 14-year-old girl is facing a possible abuse charge after she allegedly choked a woman during an argument in Kalihi Thursday afternoon.
Police said the two women were arguing when the suspect tried to strangle the 22-year-old woman.
The police report did not explain the relationship between the two women or if the older woman needed medical treatment
