Buick is tops in service satisfaction
DETROIT » More trips to the dealer are being triggered by last year’s record number of recalls, and those consumers are happy with their service even though satisfaction with the service experience overall fell slightly last year, according to a recent J.D. Power survey.
General Motors’ Buick brand was the highest-ranked mass-market brand when it comes to dealer service satisfaction for the second year in a row, while Jaguar was the top luxury brand among customers in the J.D. Power 2015 U.S. Customer Service Index study.
Sueoka Store sold to ABC owners
KOLOA, Kauai » A longtime Kauai store and landmark has been sold to an Oahu family that owns the ABC Stores chain.
The Garden Island newspaper reported Saturday the Kosasa family bought the Sueoka Store in Koloa for an undisclosed amount. The Sueoka family will continue to operate the store for four years.
The family began searching for a buyer two years ago. They were looking for someone who shared the same core values of family and legacy.
