A 19-year-old man arrested last week in connection with a stabbing at an Ewa Beach home is free, pending further investigation.

Officers arrested the 19-year-old suspect on April 1 on suspicion of attempted second-degree murder, following an early morning argument.

Police said the suspect and a 22-year-old man argued at 3:30 a.m.when the dispute turned physical and the younger man allegedly stabbed the 22-year-old man.

However police released the suspect without charging him as they continued their investigation.
