Police reopen 3 H-1 lanes after minor accident at Waimalu
Police reopened three eastbound lanes of the H-1 freeway Friday afternoon that were shut down after a truck lost some of its load.
Police dispatch said something fell off a truck, causing an accident involving multiple vehicles, but there were no serious injuries.
The accident occurred near the Waimalu exit.
The freeway lanes, shut down at 2:40 p.m., were reopened about 3:50 p.m.
